Oh, there's not much else that can be said about this. Not quite sure what sort of trading card it's meant to be or the point of it.

I think captkirk nailed it with "Sword & Stone", which fits the theme for a set named Excalibur.

I actually "Want" this card, along with the "S", "T", and "W" - so I can spell STOR(M) - I have the "R" already.  Also, I have the "&"... just because it's so bizarre.

Fun fact: You can spell exactly ten words with the letters in this set, using each only once!

I looked at the set, and I think I figured out what this subset is all about.  Based on other subsets and insert sets, the set theme was Sword & Stone, so the set includes the following letters and symbol,

in alpha order:  D, E, N, O, R, S, T,  W, &

with 2x S + 2x O and 1 each of the others, you could spell it out

Correct.  Edge had the Excaliber insert that turned into the Excaliber set and a parallel was called Sword & Stone.
