I've been able to reduce my collection by thousands of cards in a short time and it has been amazing for me. But I have an uncle that has a massive collection of autographed memorabilia like autographed baseballs (several dozen), game-used bats (easily more than 50), helmets, signed cleats, official lineup cards, and tons of autographs through an umpire friend. Plus some football and basketball memorabilia of similiar ilk. He would like to start downsizing his collection. I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a good place to get fair value (he doesn't need to set sales records but it's also harder to value those items than cards) for the things he's ready to sell. If you believe a dealer or store is right, it would be great to have a specific dealer or store. I should also add he's not the most online person in the world but I can help him get set up if a site like this exists (besides ebay) for hard good collectors. He happens to live in Central Florida which is probably relevant.
