2019 for 2021 Heritage

Hello. Looking to trade a hand collated 2019 Topps Heritage baseball 001 - 400 for the same item in the 2021 set. I am assuming they used the same format for 2021 and issued 400 non SP base set. Also asuming prices are about the same. I have not followed the pricing, but have heard of the scarcity of product. Let me know, Thanks. ~ Ed
