Set: Upper Deck Signature Stars - USA Star Prospects Jersey Autographs (Rate)

Card: #USA-MC Michael Choice

“ Nice design. Big enough picture, an unintrusive spot for the relic, and the autograph window ties it all together. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ At the time this card was made I bet lots of people wanted it. Sadly he has spent the last 2 years playing in Korea and Mexico so things didn't turn out well. The A's made a poor Choice, drafting him in the first round. As for the card, the front is actually a decent design for a signature/jersey card. The back on the other hand is your basic congratulations for getting this card that is on most memorabilia or autograph cards. I wish they could write that smaller and still have some information on the back. ” -davidhandberry

“ Michael did not have a Choice to sign this card. ” -Tylergallo

“ Is that on card auto or on-sticker? If it is a sticker then this is the ultimate in a card I am not interested in because: 1) Team USA 2) A Relic of some kind jersey supposedly plus it is ALL White 3) Player not one of my PC guys 4) If sticker then on-sticker auto. If on-card auto then there is no #4. ” -captkirk42

“ If you read the autograph upside down it says "Paul is dead". ” -NJDevils

“ It's fine. ” -switzr1

Michael Choice played in Korea in 2017 and 2018 with the Nexen Heores (now Woori Heroes).  I saw him hit three homers in a game (Lee Seung-yuop's final game) on 10/3/17.

Interesting verbage on the back pertaining to the memorabilia swatch. I used to work for a card manufacturer so I understand the necessity for precise wording. "... a trading card with Game-Used baseball memorabilia... The memorabilia has been certified to us as having been used in a baseball game..." That is as vague as it gets. We don't know if it has anything to do with Michael Choice, just that this is game-used baseball memorabilia used in a baseball game. That doesn't exactly get me excited from a collectibles standpoint.
