Then the starter got hurt and Plunkett led the Raiders all the way to a Super Bowl victory, picking up MVP honors. After becoming a backup again, another injury to another starter had him taking the Raiders to another Super Bowl victory in 1983. |
Saturday, February 9, 2008Andre Reed played 15 seasons with the Buffalo Bills, going to seven Pro Bowls, and was an instrumental part of the Bills teams that appeared in four straight Super Bowls. Although he's been eligible for the Hall of Fame, he's yet to make it, but will undoubtedly be selected one day as his numbers are better than Michael Irvin, who was recently inducted. |
