• Full name of the series is "Sisu Redline 1996-97". It is also the last series of Finnish Hockey Championship series "SM-liiga" under the Sisu-brand.
• The Super Bonus redemption card was traded for one of the signature cards if mailed to the publisher. Also the super bonus card was returned to the sender, but with a hole punched into it, marking that the redemption priviledge had been used.
• Series 2 under brand "SIsu Blueline" was also planned, but it was canceled after Leaf Finland decided to stop making ice hockey cards at the end of 1996.
