Trivia

The Lou Piniella card was a late addition to the set. Many believe it was due to the fact that George Steinbrenner demanded that Piniella, his personal favorite player, be included.

This was one of my favorite collections as a kid. I often traded with other kids, swapping the Topps card for the identical Burger King card.
