The original checklist for this 1993 Series included two players whose figures were never produced: Dave Fleming (Mariners) and Bill Swift (Giants). It is unknown if cards were ever produced for these players.

Jose Canseco is listed with the Athletics on the back of the packaging despite being traded to the Rangers in August 1992. His figurine is depicted with the Rangers, and his card has a yellow banner on the front announcing the trade.

David Cone is listed with the Mets on the back of the packaging despite being traded to the Blue Jays in August 1992. His figurine is depicted with the Blue Jays, and his card has a yellow banner on the front announcing the trade.
