For what it is, this is a very good set. The card design is great, making you wonder why they didn't use it for a normal NBA release. The only downsides are that Laettner is absent, and the coaches records aren't shown in full. Otherwise this was a great introduction to, and celebration of, the Dream Team, who as we all know rolled to the gold in Barcelona. Amusing side note - having nine cards for each of the players makes it work well when displayed in a binder, as you get a page for each member.

The only set issued for the "Dream Team", the cards actually contain photos from regular NBA games, as the set was issued before the Olympics.

This was the first mainstream set issued for the USA Basketball squad, there would be sets issued periodically for nearly a decade afterwords for every USAB gathering, both Olympic and not.
