This 330-card standard-size set was issued in one series in packs of 12-card hobby, 12-card retail and 24-card retail jumbo. Canadian packs of 5-cards each also were available. These packs also held chase cards, but because of the pack size, the odds were considerably more difficult. The fronts feature a full-color action photo on a white background with the player's last name at the bottom and the team name at the top both in team colors. The backs have a color photo with the player's name at the top. Player information, statistics and the team emblem are also on the back of the card. Subsets are Rookies (291-315) and Stoppers (316-325). The Ron Hextall Contest Winner card (#AD4) was awarded to collectors who correctly spotted four errors in a photograph in a contest sponsored by Score. The card back approximates the standard Score issue, but the front uses a silver prismatic foil background.
