I must admit this was the best Parkhurst set issued by Upper Deck in the 1990s. The quality was quite good, particularly the printing, which wasn't as good as the 1994-95 Parkhurst set. The two series were numbered consecutively, also unlike the next season's set. This was anything but a safe set for them to do, which has always been a Parkhurst trademark.

Issued in two series, these 540 standard-size cards feature color player action shots on their fronts. They are borderless, except on the right, where black and green stripes set off by a silver-foil line carry the player's name in white lettering; and at the lower left, where a black and green corner backs up the silver-foil-stamped Parkhurst logo. The player's team name appears near the right edge in vertical silver-foil lettering. The horizontal back carries another color player action shot on the right. On the left are the player's team name, position, biography, career highlights, and statistics. Card numbers 398 and 498 were not issued.

This is a really nice set of cards. Upper Deck did really good here. You might want to get the set once or twice if you do not have it.
