This set is composed entirely of college, high school and European images, the set was not licensed by the NBA, but was licensed by the NCAA. It was primarily players taken in the 2003 NBA draft, but there is no mention whatsoever of what team took them. Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, Upper Deck's exclusive players, each got three cards in the set as well.

It includes the only cards ever issued for some players who had successfull professional careers that took place, or are still taking place, in leagues not of NBA affiliation.

Speaking personally, this was the only college set I ever busted a box on, and, I believe, the only one I ever completed.
