A beautiful set that changed the game when it comes to photography used for sports trading cards. These cards were the first trading cards to give the look of glossy kodak photos taken by a professional sports photographer using a high quality camera and lens. The artistry in the photographs used for each card combined with the quality of the print on the card is still an eye catcher today (more than 30 years later). Another interesting feature of this set is the picture of each player's first Topps issued baseball card on the back, which encourages collectors to not only collect the 600 card Stadium Club set, but also begs for collectors to consider pairing it with a "parallel set" of all of the first Topps issue cards on the back. This set is a classic, one that holds up to modern issues while still providing a nostalgia for both the early 90s collectors and the collectors who spent time collecting during the 70s and 80s.
