I am pretty sure that there were only two versions of this card - Logo in Upper left: left hand raised and Logo in lower right: right hand raised. The flipped photo is associated with the alternate logo location. Other cards (Kix 198 was flipped and 224 Ratt has two entirely different photos) were flipped or changed entirely when the second series was released. Any other opinions on this? If you look at he cards pictured here you will see that two of them are indeed the same card. I have not seen a third version referenced anywhere. Here is a discussion of the variants from the website nslists.com:

The "second printing" (and cards 1-260 in the boxes that included the 1-340 sequence)
included several corrected cards from the first printing. Card #90 had been incorrectly
printed as #86 "The Party" in the first print run, and this numbering was corrected.
Another 15 cards have been identified where first-series cards were reprinted with the
logo at the lower right. Both the upper-left and lower-right variations can be found in
the second print run of 1-260 (10-card packs) and in the Second Series (packs containin
1-340). I suspect that the change was due to altering two 9-up printing plates, which
probably means that those plates included two unchanged "concerts" cards that do not
show the logos. Most of the logo shifts are accompanied by updated card text, but a
few are not. Extreme thanks to Philip Brazina for identifying these logo-shift varieties!
