Reporting an Inaccuracy for a Set from the Checklist Page
If you notice something amiss with a set, you can submit an Inaccuracy Report (IR) from the set in order to report that it needs to be fixed.

Step 1
Navigate to the checklist page of the set in question.
Step 2
Click on the link for reporting inaccuracies.
Note: If viewing the site on a mobile device, keep scrolling towards the bottom of the screen until you see the area.
Step 3
Type a description of the inaccuracy you've noticed into the text box and submit. Please be as descriptive and include as many details as possible.
