I'm splitting my CPBL foreigners list down to how I do my NPB foreigners lists. By doing the individual teams.

This list deals with some touchy subjects so be warned.

Japan's version of the 3000 hit club is the 2000 hit club. As of 2024, 55 players have joined the club.

The WON Hall Of Fame was created in 1996.

Part 2 of my NHL Captains list

The first Can I Keep My Jersey in two years. Derick Brassard (Who I saw play in the minor leagues in Syracuse) has played for the most teams of any active player in the NHL with 10.
Note: He does not have a card with the Panthers.

Since I've seen lists on here similar to this, I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring. Here are the sets I have completed.

I’ve heard Billy Kingsley say that the Vegas Golden Knights are what got him into hockey. Well, the team that got me into hockey was the Syracuse Crunch, specifically the 2007-08 team. When they still lived in Syracuse, my mom’s father took me to see the Crunch play the Rochester Americans. I was instantly hooked and hockey easily became one of my favorite sports. To this day, the Crunch are still my favorite minor league hockey team.

With Jim Riggleman becoming the interim manager for the Reds, I decided to make a list of managers who took over mid season.
Update: I'm now including the 70's

The worst team of the 2010's and easily one of the worst teams ever. The Orioles went 47-115 finishing 61 games behind the Red Sox in the AL East

The 1994-95 NBA season saw the first appearance of third jerseys. Atlanta, Charlotte, Detroit, Orlando, Phoenix, and Sacramento all having alternates.

The worst team Wayne Gretzky was on (Not counting the lockout shortened season), the Kings finished 24-40-18 while Gretzky was traded mid-season to St. Louis

Next up on my bad teams features one of the worst records by a non expansion team. The Nordiques finished 12-61-7.

The 1991 Expansion draft for the San Jose Sharks saw them select 24 players from the Minnesota North Stars (It's a long story) in the dispersal and then more in the expansion.

The Blues are currently one of the top teams in the NHL. However, the 2005-06 Blues season saw their 25 season playoff streak end and they finished with the worst record in the league at 21-46-15.

The team with the worst record of the 2000’s was naturally, the Atlanta Thrashers. They finished 19-47–11-5.

The worst NBA team of the 2000's. The Nets started out the year 0-18, were 2-28 after 30 games, 3-40 after 40 games, 4-46 after 50 games, and finished the season 12-70.

The worst NBA team of the 2010's, the 76ers started the season 0-18 to prolong their losing streak from the end of the previous season to 28 games. They finished the year 10-72, the worst record of the 2010's (Not counting the 11-12 Bobcats during the lockout shortened season).

The last season before the Alex Ovechkin era began saw the Capitals finish 23-46-10-3.

Not often you see Hall of Famers on these lists but yes Paul Coffey is considered a journeyman.

The goalie who has played for the most teams, Sean Burke has played for 9 different teams.

Been a while since I've done one of these. Brent Ashton held the record for most NHL teams played for before being past by Mike Sillinger

For the NHL's 75th anniversary, the Original Six wore throwback jerseys.

The Senators returned to the NHL after being dormant since 1934. They won their first game back against Montreal (Who would later go onto win the Stanley Cup) but it was all downhill from there as they finished 10-70-4 including going 1-41 on the road.
