This is the first set of complete cards I ever got. I had some of the 90-91 cards, but was determined to get all of the next seasons. Wasn't easy being in Australia and pre-internet world, but still have them in the original folder stored away.

This is the first set of cards I ever opened. I had to give up my Season Ticket to the Spurs due to cost increase and I knew they would be moving from Hemisphere Arena to the Alamodome for the 92-93 season. I was a member of the Baseline Bums and Spurs Management was making drastic changes and putting restrictions on what we could bring into the arena, i.e. Drum for beating and chanting DEFENSE or Horn to blow when opposing team was shooting FT. Instead, I got a satellite dish and watched all games from home.
I started collecting cards and sorting them while watching games on TV. I stopped after the 95-96 season and boxed them all up. Early on, I didn't know there were Series I and Series II distributions. I just bought boxes at random so many of my sets are I or II but not both. I do have a couple of complete sets.

Came to this set looking for cards with a basketball around the card # on the back? You're probably searching for the 1991-92 Hoops McDonald's set #1-70 Hope this helps

The subset NBA Hoops Tribune is amazing. I have the cards from game 1 and 5 of the finals, and the 1991 NBA Champions card. This was the first NBA Finals I've ever watched and it was really amazing.

I have a Vlade Divac that is confusing me. I have the regular Set card number “99” card but I have one that has an orange basketball with card number “20” in it in the upper left hand corner. Where does this card fit in the set?

This set brings lots of very pleasant memories, being the first packaged I opened in my life.
At the time there was no internet, and the big stores did not have any trading cards in my hometown San Luis Potosi, Mexico. I still remember going with my aunt every other Sunday to a flea market, situated along the old railroad. That was the place to get imported goods from the USA!

I have this set and many extras but I am missing XX Head of the Class and NNO1 Centennial Sendaway. I have two of the Team USA Title card and other great cards. Looking to trade or buy.

THIS IS A REALLY NICE SET... WHAT I REALLY ENJOY IS THE SUBSETS IN THIS SET. EXAMPLES INCLUDE THE TEAM PHOTO CARD, TEAM STAT CARD, AND THE ACCOMPLISHMENT SET. ALSO, THIS SET HAS A LOT OF NICE ACTION SHOTS, AND AT 590 CARDS THERE IS A LOT OF VALUE.

This is the first pack of cards I've ever bought. Nice action photos, clean design, complete college and pro stats, huge variety of base and subset cards at affordable price. A great experience for a newbie collector like me back in 1992.
