Distributed as 3-disc perforated panels in specially-marked packages of Tetley Tea products. Discs are blue with red and yellow accents and "First Annual Collectors' Edition" in white print on the front, and the primary horizontal red area has "TETLEY" in white print. Printed by MSA. The base checklist is the individual discs, while 3-disc panels are listed as a parallel under Inserts/Related.
