Distributed as 4-card packs (3 NBA and 1 USA Olympics) at participating McDonald's restaurants with the purchase of an Extra Value Meal (or 49 cents with any other purchase). Cards have a similar design to 1991-92 Hoops with slight differences. #63-70 were only available in the Chicago area.
