Distributed in one series (#1-88). Can be distinguished from the 1989 Topps set by the text on the back, as these cards have "Collect all 88 cards and 11 puzzles", while the Topps ones have "Collect all 88 cards and 11 stickers". Each base card has three different border designs, with only one required for a complete set.

Inserted one per pack. Backs form a red-bordered "Picture A" or a yellow-bordered "Picture B".
