This issue includes a major factual error in the editorial on page 4. It states that the 1953 Topps license plates set was printed on tin- which is totally incorrect. The cards are printed on cardboard. The same article also states that the 1950 Topps License Plates set is a modified reissue of the 1949 set...but I can find no actual evidence of a 1949 set actually existing. None for sale, none ever for sale, not even on the PSA registry.
