I collected baseball cards in my preteen years from 1995 to 1998.  I was a huge Griffey fan and prioritized the Mariners - that said, I enjoyed finding and learning about as many players as possible, so variety was my ultimate goal. 

Like many, I picked the hobby back up in 2020 during the pandemic and now have a much larger collecion of hockey and baseball that I love to sit with and organize.  I enjoy opening packs and collecing sets, and often sell off my high value cards to help buy more packs and fill in my checklists.  COMC has helped with that, but I'd also like to start trading through the mail directly with other collectors, preferably with folks who are generally less concerned with condition (not that my cards aren't in good shape, it's more of an attitude preference than anything).
