WARNING: I DO MY BEST TO KEEP MY LISTS UP TO DATE AND TO KEEP EVERYTHING ON MY FT/S LIST SORTED BY VARIATION, BUT THEY MAY CONTAIN INCORRECT VERSIONS DUE TO THE INCESSANT FREQUENCY WITH WHICH NEW MICRO-VARIATIONS (dots, stars, copyright marks, holograms, printing plate codes...) ARE ADDED. I DON'T COLLECT THEM, BUT IF YOU DO, ASK ME FIRST.

UPDATE: MY 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 AND 1992 DONRUSS HAVE BEEN CHECKED.

I trade cards to build baseball, hockey and some non-sport sets. I don't buy or sell cards, but I am willing to trade cards for unused US postage stamps. I also have quite a few clean or used top loaders, card savers and penny sleeves that I can trade for some cards as well.

All the cards I list here are NRMT or EX unless specified and I expect the same of you. I use painter's tape for all shipments and I am fine with shipping cards in single or multiple PWEs, if the cards are properly packaged. I don't mind large or small transactions, but I prefer to trade 10 cards minimum per trade or at least that the cards carry more value than the postage.

Besides helping to complete our collections one step closer each time, the opportunity would be nice to have traded with all the states, provinces and territories of North America. On this site only, I traded with 44 states, 9 provinces and overseas. I can't wait to have a trade in Alaska, D.C., Delaware, Idaho, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba and the 3 Canadian territories. However, if you don't live in the above juridictions, you're still more than welcome to trade with me.

Tip to save on shipping costs to Canada: use PWEs and avoid bubble envelopes, plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. Ship as flat as you can (cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert 4-5 cards in each pocket). The more it looks like a greeting card or documents mailed in a regular letter instead of a package, the more it tends to be cheaper to ship. U.S. to Canada first class postage (up to 2 oz) is $1.20 and if non-machinable, $1.41.

A.S.

I have been very busy lately with personal resons, and do not have the time I woukd like to invest in this site. I will not be excepting trade propersals for in the near future.

I really enjoy trading and will entertain and try to work all offers. I also would like to maximies shipping, so if you are able please round up to the nearest 10.

If you are concerned about any variation please note it.

About two years ago, I woke up in the hospital from a two-week coma. I was diagnosed with having had bacterial meningitis. Thank goodness, I had a government job and was placed on disability. Needless to say I have a lot of time on my hands, so,I dusted off my old hockey card collection. I enjoy buying huge lots of cards, and going through them looking for shinny treasure. My biggest find so far was a Ovechkin Young Gun.

Do to medical reason, I have lost my  license. I rely on my wife to drop packages off in the mail. However, she works 4 on and 4 off, so if  we accept a trade, it might be few days before the cards get shipped. If you would like to wait until I ship my package before shipping yours, that is perfectly ok.

I am not a grader, but going by memory, I would say that 75% of my trade list s are in NM to to EX. If I pull a card that I do not consider to be in EX shape, not centered, or has marking or creases, I will let you know and give you a chance to exchange the card before shipping.

My collection is slowly being loaded. If you see a card you want, do not hesitate to ask for a trade. Only a few cards are keepers. Like the  Ovechkin Young Gun

I am new to this site, if I do something against house rules, please let me know.It is also very important to me to  keep a 100% satisfaction rating, if you are unastisfied, please let me know.

I am confident that I logged the variations correctly, but 1 or 2 might have slipped. The only exception is the upper deck holograms. The bacterial meningitis damaged my optical nerve in my right eye and find it difficult the see the hologram variation. If you are concerned about any variation please ask.

I have 2 boys under that are of  8, my wife works shift work, and I am trying to organize and upload thousands of card. If you haven't heard from me in 2 days, please send me a message. I have a brain injury and get distracted easily.

After reading all that and you still want to trade, bring it on.

Thanks for visting my page!

I'm sports card collector from upstate, NY. I was born in raised in Vermont (which explains what I collect). I'm looking to narrow down my collection and build it up with the players I collect, so I'll be uploading my entire collection. I'm hoping this site and can help me grow my collection. Since shipping costs can get expensive, I will only accept/entertain offers for 5 or more cards each way unless the card is serial numbered or is BV over $5.00. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been collecting cards for over 45 years and have over 294,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.
I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with over 195,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  To date, I've completed over 1,160 trades exchanging over 150,000 cards.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.

Note on Donruss Variations:
At the moment I can't guaranty the junk Donruss/Leaf cards are listed with the correct variation.  I'm in the process of relisting these cards correctly, but with over 6,000 of them, it will take a while.  Please be patient.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 7,500 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

  • I turned trading back on but am still in the process of sorting cards. With that said, I may find your cards right away or it might take me a few days so please be patient as I look to pull the cards requested.
  • When offering a trade please try to offer similar cards in your proposal. Base for base, insert for insert etc. I have been getting a lot of trade offers from members that fill their side of the trade with quite a few insert cards and just offer me mostly base in return. I have done trades like this in the past but am now declining such trades. Please keep this in mind when proposing a trade. THANKS!!
  • Also note that most low end card trades will be mailed out in a PWE (plain white envelope). If you'd like a bubble mailer please let me know as postage may be more depending on the destination.

Currently collecting: Johnny Bower, Allan Bester, Mike Palmateer, Felix Potvin, Ed Belfour (Leafs), Curtis Joseph and Frederik Andersen. Trading preference will be given to members offering these player cards over those who are offering others on my want list. Also trying to collect Toronto Maple Leaf team sets from "ANY YEAR".

Also interested in "any vintage" hockey cards and Toronto Maple Leaf goalie cards pre 2000.

Starting to collect CFL cards. Have a specific interest in the Saskatchewan Roughriders team sets (any year).

I have a lot of cards to add to my PC and even more to my Sell/Trade list as well as my Want list. I do collect Non-Leaf goalie cards if it is their rookie card from another team before they went to the Leafs. Looking forward to some trades :)

I have added Carey Price to cards I'd like to collect. These would be for my grandson who is 10 years old and he's a HUGE Price fan. Just looking for inexpensive cards as him being so young you know how kids treat cards. He also plays hockey as a goalie. Feel free to hit me up for some trades as I did add some base (among others) to my want list for him. I will coninue to collect cards for him and gift them to him over the years as well.

I deal with some health issues and I'm not always the best at responding to messages and getting slower pulling cards for trades. If you reach out and don't hear from me it's nothing personal. I'll be taking some time off from trading to put my trades and purchases into their final resting place. If you think we have a large trade that you don't mind waiting a day or two longer than usual send me a note what you are thinking about and i'll try to get back to you.

Note: If you offer me a trade where you have used the pricing on this site as your justification for the fairness of the trade, be prepared to have it declined or countered.  Using a pricing of a small sample size or comparing apples and oranges is not accurate in evaluating a trade.

Note 2: When you offer me a trade, message me that you have read my profile.

Collect:  Baseball - sets, stars, HoF, some non-sports

Enhance the chances of a trade proposal being accepted by me by offering many of the cards that are on my two lists.  These are sets that I have 5 or less cards missing to complete or sets where I am getting close, i.e. less than 25% of the cards needed AND less than 100 cards.

Trading:  As of Dec 31, 2020, I have sent out 36,001 cards in trades and received 31,913 in return.  This is combined totals of my two ID - sandyrusty & sandy's singles.

Before proposing a trade, please read:

https://www.tcdb.com/Forum.cfm/Page/B/ID/0/?MODE=VIEW&ThreadID=25745&C=0

Though I enjoy trading for cards to add to my collection, in the last part of 2020 I was soured by a few of the members on here who either proposed lopsided trades in their favour or tried to cheat me of cards that were in the trade but not sent.  After too many of these transactions and some other issues that I have seen occur on this site such as fake stories about a boy losing his collection to a fire and asking if members would send cards to him (via the poster) to help replace the collection, and some who happily receive in the PIF but never reciprocate to any other member, I turned off my trading as I was no longer enjoying it. I continue to enter cards of all sports and non-sports in my for trade list.  On some of the key cards, I at times look to see who had the card on their want list and saw some ID that I would gladly trade with (and others that hell would have to freeze over before I did).

I have re-enabled my trading so if there are cards you would like to trade for from my traders AND YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT CARDS FROM MY WANT LIST TO PROPOSE A FAIR TRADE, please go ahead and propose a trade or message me asking about the possibility of a trade.  This does not have to be an item by item list as that is what the trade manager is for, but it will allow me to look at what you might have for me and allow me to consider if I wish to entertain a trade proposal.  I will get back to you as soon as I am able to.

I am always willing to trade PWE size trades but make it worth the postage, i.e. 12-18 cards unless it is for older and higher priced cards. I always prefer the larger trades, as many as will fill an 800-ct box if possible, as postage is economized even more. The economy of postage is even better when you are over 1,000 cards so I encourage you to think big. But please be aware that if I let you propose a trade and you come up with something that is lop-sided in your favour or that I can't counter because you haven't bothered to list what you have for trade other than the cards you offer me, I will decline it without explanation.  You can then read my profile again to see why it was declined.

If all this offends you, then we probably were not going to be good trading partners.

***NOTE...  I am willing to trade, but life does get in the way sometimes and that does interfere with my fun, and stress relief of collecting. Please understand this, so if I don't respond right away, it doesn't mean I haven't seen your proposal.  I have a few that are not understanding this so if I feel that it continues I will turn off my Trades.

Please keep trades a max of 12 cards or less and I do PWE.

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO DO A BIG TRADE PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE PROPOSING ONE!

Plus, I like to check to make sure I have the cards you are looking for before accepting trades.  Yes the site states I have it but I like to double check as I am finding errors in my list.

Anyhow, hope to here from ya! ***

"ULTIMATE END GAME OF MY COLLECTING!"

  • 1966-1967 TOPPS HOCKEY (CDN VERSION)

(At this time I do not have card #35 - Bobby Orr - RC. If you are an individual or a store and have it for sale or willing to trade please PM me and we can try and make a deal.)

  • If you see something you need or want give me a shout.  I always look at a trade to make things work, even if I don't have it on my want list, which keeps changing!
  • At the same time I am willing to help out fellow collectors to complete their collections and look for cards they can't find!  So if I don't have it, I will try and find it for you.
  • For collectors that don't like trading and would rather buy, all cards on my Trade List are For Sale. Message me what you are looking at and we can go from there.
  • Plus, very shortly I will start to post "Graded Cards" as well in a section of my "Main Collection Area" that with be For Sale.

My goals: I'm trying to complete a few sets from the 1980s and early 1990s. Please have a look at my goals list for details.

Your goals: If you need any cards from my trade lists, feel free to send a trade proposal. Even if you don't have anything on my want lists to send in return, let me know anyway. I'm always willing to try and figure something out.

<//////////// HOW A VOLUME TRADE WITH ME WORKS BEST ~ I'M OK IF YOU DONT AGREE ~ TRY IT \\\\\\\\\\>  Let's say we match on 100 cards. There are a fair amount of stars, commons, high value stuff. It can be definitely time consuming to add for both sides. Add what you are looking for from me and add 1 or more cards from your side and send it over to me. I can fill in the blanks to make that trade work for me. If you want to counter the trade feel free to do that so it works for you. I would hope for a fair amount of give and take dealing with common and star cards. Commons arent very valuable to me going to or coming from me. Just saying. If we can do a larger trade for more cards why wouldnt we?  This may not be everyone's ideal way to trade but I figure we get a lot more accomplished that way. if you want to do all commons on one end and all stars on another let's do that. Thanks.

AGAIN: I don't value common cards very highly whether they are mine or yours. you give me 20 i will give you 20.    I will counter 90 % of the time.  I'm a set collector working on sets. Volume trades are always welcome

I have decided to ship only 1 day a week because it's easier for me. single card trades will be the same day.

I TRADE A LOT ON HERE AND SOMETIMES I END UP TRADING CARDS THAT I DONT OWN ANY MORE. IF THIS HAPPENS I WILL LET YOU KNOW SO I CAN REPLACE IT. IF I DONT RECEIVE A RESPONSE IN 4 DAYS I WILL SEND YOU RANDOMS ON YOUR WANTLIST TO COMPENSATE AND THAT'S IT

BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY FELLOW TRADERS WHO CONTINUE TO BE FAIR, CONSISTENT AND UNDERSTANDING. YOU ALL MAKE MY EXPERIENCE HERE GREAT.

***Trades are off for the moment due to me moving and also a broken ankle***

Once I am physically able to motivate around, I may turn trades back on.

I just moved at the end of March and I am mainly organizing my collection and going through a backlog of 75K cards I have.

***FOR PROPOSED TRADES***

For trades 30 cards or less, I ship PWE..I'm also experimenting with using multiple PWE's for larger trades..

I still continue to receive lowball trade offers and I always look for equal value in trades. Please don't offer me 5 dollars worth of cards and want 20 dollars worth in return.

Also please let me know of any isses with card conditon before hand. I've recently started receiving cards in very poor shape with no notice ahead of time and, had I know the conditions of said cards, I would have not wanted them. If the card is in really rough shape, I probably will not want it in my collection.

I sometimes look for cards not on my Want list so don't be scared off if you want cards from me but don't see anything I need from you, shoot me a message and let's see what we can do.

***NON-TRADING MEMBERS***

I'll sell any cards on my for sale/trade list at 20% of the Beckett High price..
