•Framed displays of favorite players & favorite cards + memorabilia have been made with my nephew, long distance from back home in Pittsburgh. No chance I'd have the links up. Anyone who may be interested, take a look & drop either Mike or myself a line. Why keep your pc tucked away when it can be easily mounted, safely, & to see daily. I trade cards to build baseball, hockey and some miscellaneous sports / non-sport sets. I also PC Felipe Alou, Derek Aucoin, Steve Begin, Jennifer Botterill, Kevin Dineen, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, Bob Kudelski, Manon Rheaume, Gabriela Sabatini and P.J. Stock as well. I do not buy cards. I also have a sweet spot for oddball / food issue / regional sets. New cards are regularly added to my FT/S list and all the cards I list here are NRMT or EX unless specified and I expect the same of you.

I don't collect micro-variations (dots, stars, copyright marks, holograms, printing plate codes...), they're not fun to search and I dislike the incessant frequency with which new ones are added. Seriously, what's the point if you gotta need to use a magnifier glass to check out if there's a dot on the back of a 1991 Fleer? However, I do all my best to check all my cards and to keep my lists up to date, but please ask me first, if micro-variations matter to you. The site really needs some way of opting out of micro-variations (just a default / any var. / unverified option for each card).

Besides helping to complete our collections one step closer each time, the opportunity would be nice to have traded with all the states, provinces and territories of North America. On this site only, I traded with members in 46 states, D.C., 9 provinces, N.W.T. and overseas. I can't wait to have a trade in Alaska, Delaware, North Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba, Nunavut and Yukon. However, if you don't live in the above jurisdictions, you're still more than welcome to trade with me. No trade to Russia, Belarus and Iran.

I'm an easy going, helpful and patient guy, but here's now my turn to announce that my NO TRADE LIST is growing due to an increased lack of civility on the forums and the full site. If (1) you nitpick and/or always have an opinion on anything and/or act like you own the site and you're not Admin or (2) you do not respond to counters or decline without expressing a reason or don't PM me to ask more time after several days of wait or (3) you send me ridiculous off-balanced offers or (4) you accept the trade and you can't mail your cards in a timely manner or you send me loose or severly damaged cards or (5) have a brand new (empty) account without info / feedback and ask for valuable cards or (6) you clearly didn't read my profile (ask first, at least) and ask me to buy your cards, then chances are that you just won a place on my NO TRADE LIST regardless of how much I may want what you have.

I am fine with shipping cards in single or multiple PWEs, if the cards are properly packaged. Also, I don't mind large or small transactions, but I currently prefer trades with 10 to 20 cards going each way or at least that the cards carry more value than the postage. I am working 12 hour shifts, but I always try to ship the same or the next business day. Just remember that Canada Post doesn't pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

International shipping is very easy, but it costs more for BOTH traders (not just from the U.S.). Here are some tips to save on shipping costs to Canada: use PWEs (Plain White Envelopes) and avoid bubble envelopes, plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. Ship as flat as you can (cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert 4-5 cards in each pocket). The more it looks like a greeting card or documents mailed in a regular letter instead of a package, the more it tends to be cheaper to ship. Current U.S. to Canada first class postage rate (up to 2 oz) is $1.40 and if non-machinable, $1.79. If you don't have Global Forever stamps handy, three regular Forever stamps work as well. There's also no need to pay $14.85 for shipping with international tracking, because it is just too expensive, it will be way slower to arrive and Canada Post won't track your postal item anyway. Overall, postal service tends to be slower in Canada and at times a bit harder to predict, but it is as reliable as in the U. S.. Lastly, no cross-border shipping by Fedex or UPS: they charge $40.00+ custom brokerage on each and every package they handle no matter if it is duty free or not.

Variation Opinion Section:

With 1989, 1990, & 1991 Donruss, I only want 1 copy of each card number (except checklists and Juan Gonzalez); I have recently tried to put the "for trade" ones in the right variation, but those are likely not 100% accurate.  Same for 1987 Topps Football, 1991 Topps Football, 1991 Bowman Football, 1992 Topps Kids, 1992 Stadium Club, 2006 Topps Total Football, 1992 Leaf (and Leaf Black Gold), 1992 Fleer, 1994 Topps, and most UD hologram backs.

With 1990 Topps Football, I would like both the disclaimer and non-disclaimer backs, so the variation is important and I have kept those "for trade" ones accurate.  1990-91 Fleer I am looking for the "no black line" backs so those variations are important.  1990 Score baseball I'm looking to finish the master set, so those variations are important also.

With Brewers & Packers Police sets, I do not care which municipality the card is from, I just want 1 of each player.  I have not tried especially hard to put the "for trade" ones in the right variation, but if you'd like me to check specific ones, I'll do that.

Any and all Braves cards from 1954 - Present (RIP Hank Aaron).

I have decided to scale back from trying to collect every Braves card ever made and concentrate on the sets I like. Lately it seems to be next to impossible to collect team sets since there are so many inserts, VAR, SP, and just all to many brands. Topps has once again turned collecting into $$$ for them by making so many different brands. The cost to collect is getting to be very expensive and making me question the hobby again. I still plan on trading and looking for the cards I am still missing.

Hello,  If you've stumbled on to my profile somehow, thanks for lookin' around!  I became a member of TCDb in 2022, although I have been a collector for over forty years.  I'm looking mostly to trade, but am not opposed to purchasing cards or selling cards as needed.  I'm not looking to get rich on this, just looking to tie off loose ends in my collection as well as help other fellow collectors out as I can.  Currently I have around 100 sets from 1982-2023 that I've got started that I'm going to try to finish.

I did make the decision that I'm not going to start any sets from 2024 forward, unless they're started for me (via a gift or something like that).  My focus is going to be completing the sets I have started.

My collection is eclectic...  I'm mostly a set builder and autograph hound, though there are some players that I will attempt to collect as well.  I have been TTMing autographs through the mail since the 1990's, and for about the last 13 years I've been creating my own customs to send out for signatures. 

My current sets I'm prioritizing on finishing are:

NOTICE: I've decided to make a slight change my trading approach.   I really don't have any interest in doing these large "player collection" trades anymore.  I'm a set collector and all my traders are stored by set (in nearly 100 3,200 count boxes).  It sometimes takes me hours to pull cards where someone is only looking for certain players.  What's worse, I recently had a guy screw me on a trade after I pulled 120 random cards.   Going forward, I will be rejecting these types of trades.  I'm looking to help people complete their sets and vice versa.  Sorry, but I hope you understand.  Craig

I’ve been collecting cards for over 47 years and have over 503,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer. 

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Update on Donruss/Leaf * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  However, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will continue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 6,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards, I have three priorities:

• 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
• 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
• 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card Condition: A card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

Looking to complete Topps flagship baseball sets.  Have complete sets from 1983, 1985-1993 and 2015-2022.  Worked in a sportscard store during junk wax era so I have plenty of baseball, basketball, and football to trade.

I tried really hard to make sure that my Junk Wax Era Donruss variations are correct. I REALLY tried... I hate them. With an extreme prejudice. Like, lighter to the box hate... 12/4/2023 - Updated my PC lists, so there will be a mass of Jackie Robinson, Roberto Clemente & Corbin Burnes cards available for sale/trade here soon.  As I mention below, my want list is quite narrow, so I am more than willing to sell cards if we don't match up for a trade.

I just don't have the time with my lifestyle (working 40-50 hours a week, plus coaching three baseball teams) to pull, package, and mail trades, or even mail my own sales. I do enjoy sending PIFs and typically check wantlists here before sending a box to COMC for consignment. If I'm looking for something specific and notice you have it FS/T, I may reach out to try and make an offer. I don't expect to receive any proposals, and would rather send someone a few cards from their wantlist and get nothing in return than try to hash out a deal.

One of my binder projects is a Topps Twins project and am mainly needing the vintage now, I am happy to add cards with character aka poor condition for the vintage cards. This project is to tell the story of the decades and what better way than to have character to the cards. That's for the vintage, I don't want 1990s cards that are rounded edges and ripped up.

Thought I would take this opportunity to update this profile.  I want to weigh in once again on what a fun community this is!  I have now been a pretty active trader for a couple of 3 years and it has been everything I could want in a hobby.  In addition to  completing my 1977 T and 2006 T ( a set my sons and I started when it was new so brought back many memories of that time), I have completed a 1990 UD BB by trading alone, which was a blast and cleared out a lot of duplicates!  I am also close or even very close to completing other BB sets.  I am an old-fashioned flagship set builder, not all that concerned with inserts/chase cards or condition, and my experiences here have been invariably positive.  I am always on the lookout for BB cards of any age or condition (even if you're just trying to get rid of that shoebox of junk wax commons!!) and am always delighted to send along my extras to other member collectors.  Considering my collection had been boxed away for some 30+ years, it has been great fun to get back into the true trading card aspect of the hobby and this site and the friends I have made here are truly remarkable.

2.  2019 Topps 150th Anniversary parallel set - Need just 119 of the flagship set and 105 of the Update set.  Most of the really tough ones I already have.  This set is totally doable.

3.  Any Topps card I need.  I'm a set collector, first and foremost.  going back to my first year of collecting (82) thru today. 

4.  I'll never say no to Diamondback cards I need.  last I checked, I needed 107,000+ Dbacks cards, lol.

Slowly but surely I am getting my collection uploaded and at some point would love to trade all of my doubles for cards that fill my sets and help others do the same in the process.

Primary focus is Topps Baseball.  My main goal being the 71 set.  I'm also big into Star Wars.  Don't have much on my want list but I'll never turn down star wars cards I don't already have in my collection.

My son and daughter are both big into different non sports (Pokemon, Mars Attacks, and anything political) and boxing.

When giving prices sometimes multiple people are interested in the same card. Will sell to First one to respond back and agree on the price. Also extremely busy so shipping out sometimes can be timely but very good with communicating constantly. 

Most cards are excellent condition. If not will always send pictures. Also will always send pictures of cards of decent value or if asked. But when dealing with many cards will send pics of anything not in perfect shape. 

Do not go off of this sites pricing. Go off current sales for what they are going for. Very fair.

Collecting Baseball and Football cards.  Looking to complete sets from 70s Football (VgEx or better preferably), and any cards pre-1970.

Collecting Topps Baseball from oldest years - 1990, with exceptions in 2014 Topps and 2020 Topps Heritage.  Old cards should be VgEx or better.  Right now I'm prioritizing 65, 69, 71, 72, 2014, and 2020 Heritage.  

When offering trades please check value and make of somewhat equal value.  I also only trade in the US.  

Looking to build out Topps baseball sets, primarily from 1970 to present, and building my Tom Seaver collection (currently in the top 10 on TCDB).  Collected back in the early to mid 70s as a kid, then lost interest in high school (girls!).  Back to it in the mid 80s and sporadically since. 

Grew up in upstate New York as a Mets fan (hence the Seaver collection) but have lived in Chicago since the early 80s and now a fan of both the Cubs and White Sox (yes, you can root for both - I just want winning baseball in Chicago!)

All football, basketball, hockey and non-Topps baseball cards (except Seavers) are availalble for trades.

A note on condition:  most of the cards I have for sale/trade that are from 1973 and earlier are of the "well loved" variety and have some sort of flaw (bad corners, creases, writing, etc.).  I would definitely be interested in trading them for similar condition cards from the same or similar years.  Shoot me an offer or a message if you have some you'd be interested.  Thanks.

After a hiatus of more than 25 years in baseball card collecting, I got back into the hobby during the COVID lockdown with a renewed interest. I have picked up my collection where I last paused, back in 1994, and actively looking to fill the few gaps in the 1969-1994 years, mainly for Montreal Expos cards, as well as pick up all the new issues since then, complementing that with a few extra players in their pre or post Expos teams.

I have diven in the new Topps products, allowing myself the costly leasure of ripping open packs. And, although I am aiming to complete the flagship sets (Opening Day, Series 1, Series 2, Update & Holiday), my preference lies in the Archive and Heritage series, where I get the pleasure of looking at classic card designs of recent players and HoF'ers, but benefiting from the precision printing and slitting of high-end equipment.

1968 Topps Baseball -trying to upgrade as much as possible.  Any 68s on my want list is likely to upgrade my existing card in that set.  Looking for centering, sharp corners and no creasing, stains or writing on the card.  Most other sets I do not mind the condition as much.

I rarely wish to trade vintage cards for newer cards--like to stick with same eras in a trade.  However, if you see some of my newer cards and have vintage to offer--I would definitely take a look at that.

Vintage HOFer cards no matter what condition.  Looking to collect at least one card for every MLB HOF member.  Currently at 305/335 collected.

  Let's say we match on 100 cards. There are a fair amount of stars, commons, high value stuff. It can be definitely time consuming to add for both sides. Add what you are looking for from me and add 1 or more cards from your side and send it over to me. I can fill in the blanks to make that trade work for me. If you want to counter the trade feel free to do that so it works for you. I would hope for a fair amount of give and take dealing with common and star cards. Commons arent very valuable to me going to or coming from me. Just saying. If we can do a larger trade for more cards why wouldnt we?  This may not be everyone's ideal way to trade but I figure we get a lot more accomplished that way. if you want to do all commons on one end and all stars on another let's do that. Thanks for reading my profile. I enjoy trading cards I don't need for those that I do. I've been in this hobby for many years (I remember opening 1955 Bowman packs at our local candy store)! I usually don't pull my end before making a proposal; most times, I'm trying to get a feel for how doable it is, and it saves me from having to refile cards if things fizzle out or if I'm countered.  I will, however, (usually) pull before accepting a trade.  Please counter, if need be!  Communication is key to good trading!   I have some physical limitations..it may take me a bit to pull cards so your patience is appreciated!  

1.  My top priority is completing sets.  

2.  Recent Phillies teamsets and inserts.  I do multiple teamsets to help local Philthies Phans!

3. Older Phillies teamset needs..all brands.

As mentioned, I love to trade, will reluctantly sell ... cheap, if we cannot swap!  PLMK what I have that you can't live without!  Phillies is my team, through thick and (mostly) thin!  PWE trades are great and assumed unless we agree otherwise - bubbles used if worth the shipping costs!  Slowing down though - the old body won't let me hoss those 5000 count boxes too much - thanks in advance for your patience with me!!

Current (or now recently former) White Sox player cards. (Eloy, Yoan, Luis Robert, Vaughn, Cease, etc)  Porter loves anyone who played for the White Sox or Bears.

Jackie Robinson reprints (his idol)  Porter loves collecting reprints of the All-Time Greats!  Pee Wee, Duke, Stan, Honus, etc!

Jim Abbott (he fell in love with Jim's inspirational story)

Shoei Ohtani - what kid doesn't love this guy?!?

Players who turned into announcers and players featured in the Heisman House commercials.

Troy Polamalu, Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson, Tony Gonzalez, Yadi, Trout, Terry Bradshaw, Bryce Harper, Tatis Jr., Justin Tucker, Tony Romo, Arenado, Goldschmidt, St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers Manny Sanguillen and many more.

I am trying to collect:

Frank Thomas, Carlton Fisk, Bo Jackson, Robin Ventura, and other JWE stars like Rickey Henderson, Harold Baines, Ozzie Guillen, Jose Canseco, Will Clark, Albert Belle, Eric Davis, etc...I also love collecting reprints of Negro League Stars, specifically Satch, Gibson, and Papa Bell.  

I PC the Chicago Bears with a focus on members of the 1985 Bears picking up cards spanning their careers.  I have a few other Football Favorites like Larry Allen, Deion, Rice, Barry Sanders, Lott, Greg Lloyd, James Harrison, Devin Hester, Derrick Thomas, Lawrence Taylor, Christian Okoye, Julius Peppers and other random stars from the past.

I like old Bulls players and other stars from the 90's.  Shawn Kemp, Penny Hardaway, Gary Payton, Larry Johnson, David Robinson, and many more....

I collect Seattle Mariners cards and complete baseball sets. Mariners cards include all cards from base sets and individual cards of Ken Griffey, Jr., Edgar Martinez, Alex Rodriguez, Randy Johnson, Ichiro and Felix Hernandez.

Priorities include completing the following:

• All Mariners cards from Topps, Topps Traded, Topps Traded & Rookies, Topps Updates & Highlights, Topps Update and Topps Debut from 1977 - 2023. Currently > 98% (excluding VARs).
• All Mariners cards from Fleer, Fleer Update, Fleer Final Edition, Fleer Tradition and Fleer Tradition Update from 1981 - 2007. Currently > 93%.
• All Mariners cards from Donruss, Donruss The Rookies, Donruss All-Stars, Donruss Bonus MVPs, Donruss Best of the AL, Donruss Opening Day, and Donruss Highlights from 1981-2022. Currently > 65%.
• All Mariners cards from Score, Score Rookie & Traded, Select, Select Rookie/Traded, Pinnacle and Sportflics from 1988-2013. Currently > 65%.
• All Mariners cards from Upper Deck, Upper Deck Final Edition and Upper Deck Update from 1989 - 2010. Currently > 64%.
• Complete sets are currently not a priority while I work on completing my Mariners sets, but my focus are sets for those prime childhood years of 1991-1996. Specifically, I'd like to put together 1993-1996 Donruss, 1995 Topps and 1995 Upper Deck. These sets are not on my want list as I am not prioritizing those projects at the moment, but I'd be willing to listen to trade offers if you have taken the time to read through my profile!

I have done my best to notate the condition of my for sale/trade cards, but each will be verified when a transaction is proposed. It is important to me that everyone receives what they are expecting. PWE transactions are fine, but I am willing to discuss different shipping options if desired.
