Typically, I do PWE (plain white envelope) trades but after a few successful transactions, I'll happily trade larger.

Phillies want lists items are highest priority.
Various set completion want lists are secondary.
Baseball HOFer want lists are low priority.
If there are any other categories of want lists, they would fall between set completion and HOFers.
