I will do my best to respond quickly but life does get in the way of cards.  Please be patient. Going forward I am going to doublecheck all trades to ensure I can find the card you want. I always know it is here but sometimes I simply can't find it. I know I put it on my trade list so I have held it in the last year but sometimes they get up and walk to another part of my room. It's never the rare cards but the .20 cards that run around. LOL. I have added a bunch of cards in the last few months so please check my tradelist for matches. If you want one of the autographs or colored cards or SPs I have listed, a great way to get them is to offer me Giants cards of the same set/rarity even if they are not on my want list. I have decided to work on Heritage cards 2001 - 2022. Also always looking to add SF Giants players 2002 to 2020. I have learned that it is best to trade SP for SP rather than commons but I have done some 10 card for 100 card trades where we are both happy so that works too. Some of my cards for trade from the mid 90s that were prone to bricking do have some surface damage from sticking together. Again, if it's anything more than slightly marked I'll either have it noted or mention it before they ship.

9/10/21 - I'm not really a vintage collector, and have no 50's-60's, yet I do have a lot of  vintage adjacent 70's - early 80's-late 80's junk wax -early 90's in good condition.  I'm slowly adding them here. When I first addd 88 Topps, I started getting overwhelmed by trade matching with members who are not active on the site, or vintage only collectors, and no chance of a trade match.  I had to dial it back.  I have entered almost all of my above referenced material as PC.  If you are a vintage collector of this era, and see that I have multiple copies of a card, and you want/ need it, I will be happy to trade the extra you.  every card of this era, regardless of BV, has a minimum value of 50 cents to me.  please don't ask for a single card, request a 1 for 1 trade, and tell me that the card you want is worth a nickle, and you are offering a card worth 5 cents in return.

Inventory levels are at nice, comfortable levels, as several  hundred cards were doled out to the kids last year but I was happily able to acquire many many more over the past couple years. Would like to make a little more headway on completing my vintage sets, as they took a back seat to picking up modern cards for the kids.  So please let me know if you have any of my '69-'76 needs and are ready to trade. Since all the kids are clamoring for Ohtani and my inventory levels are pretty good for most everything else, I will try to pick up as many affordable Ohtanis you are willing to trade away, then expand any trade from there.

It has been a wonderful, busy, and fulfilling few years here!  In the past, I had to get creative in order to generate interest amongst my various little leaguers.  As most of my inventory consisted of players’ cards from before most of the kids were born.  Thanks to the traders here, Ive been able to distribute a bountiful amount of cards to the kids accompanied by a huge amount of joy!

Although the Altuve/Judge card (18T Update #79) has become too pricey to give to all of my Little Leaguers, it still remains one of my favorites. It looks just like a pic I have of 2 12-yr olds on one my former teams.  It’s a great inspirational card for the smaller kids.  Similarly, I can use an unlimited supply of Jim Abbott cards. Most every kid has a bad day in the field at some point in a season, practices/games..., so I’ll give them an Abbott card and ask them to look closely at it to tell me what they see (so no portrait poses or cards where it's hard to see he's missing a hand). Have yet to find a kid that isn't amazed!

Slowly transitioning out of football and basketball to focus on baseball.  Primarily building sets from childhood days, working my way back in time. Current primary focus is on completing 1968, 1969, 1973, 1974, 1975 and 1976 Topps baseball sets. I will always consider trading my 80s/90s inventory for modern all-star cards, I give them away to the 5-14 yr old kids on the little league teams I coach here in Hawaii.  But since we don’t have MLB here, the young kids won’t recognize the names unless they’re all-stars or Kolten Wong/Kiner-Talefa/Ohtani(I coached a couple seasons with Kolten/Kean's uncle and Isiah’s dad).  I basically use the tcdb pricing to balance out trades, not due to any preference, but for lack of anything else. I've heard alot of static about others trumpeting COMC, eBay, & Beckett, which is perfectly ok/understandable, but in almost every case, when referring to tcdb their trades come out heavily in their favor(have yet to see one the other way around).  I’m pretty open to all trades, but like trades to be fairly reasonable.  If a trade involves cards with large discrepancies in pricing, please don't be offended.  Point them out, and the trade can be adjusted or cards removed.

For those of you like me with monster boxes of 80’s/90’s, I will trade for multiples of 12-18 of HOFers or team/all-time record holders (as long as I can ask the little leaguers a relevant trivia question so the card can be a reward). Just message me, as I would not list such cards on my wantlist. 

For traders who are missing 1 or 2 cards after accepting a trade, please make an effort to substitute with something similar.

Turning off trading for a little while. Need to get organized.

First off, I am no longer accepting PWE trades and will ship only via bubble mailer or, for extremely large trades, USPS flat rate box.

Secondly, I would llike to finish these sets as most of them have been languishing for some time (obviously not the 2020 sets). The '98 Showcase Row 0 will be the hardest to finish off as the 5 remaining cards I need are #'d to 250. I am still working on my Arkansas Born Players Collection and my Chicago Cubs Collection

When it comes to trades, I ship almost exclusively in PWE - I'm meticulous in packaging (I use cereal box like material in every envelope w/ blue painters tape on all four sides. Envelopes are sealed with clear packing tape).

Ideal trade size is 1 to 18 cards and even up to 27 cards in a PWE too. All trades more than 27 will be jewel cased in a bubble mailer.

I have decided to scale back from trying to collect every Braves card ever made and concentrate on the the sets I like. Lately it seems to be next to impossible to collect team sets since there are so many inserts, VAR, SP, and just all to many brands. Topps has once again turned collecting into $$$ for them by making so many different brands. The cost to collect is getting to be very expensive and making me question the hobby again. I still plan on trading and looking for the cards I am still missing.

As a child, I was obsessed with baseball cards, to the point that I could look at a card, any brand, any year, and tell you exactly the year and the best cards in that set. Now I'm 39 years old and the obsession is even worse (or better, depending on how you look at it).  Working for Topps would be a dream job at this point.

My preference is to trade duplicates from 2021 and 2022 for cards that I need from those sets, but I’m willing to trade any number of them to get parallels and serial numbered cards.

A vintage baseball set collector for 40 plus years however I have started collecting modern San Francisco Giants HOF's and franchise players as well as modern versions of Mays, McCovey and Ted Williams.  

I prefer post war cards to be crease free in the G to VGEX range and will accept lower conditions on pre war.  My 60,70 vintage will be crease free otherwise I will let you know.  I have vintage cards that have been appreciated but not always kept in sleeves and top loaders.  Don't expect perfectly sharp corners but I will typically let you know if they are rounded or bent.  I list cards I would have in my sets as a collector not an investor.

I typically prefer small trades that can be safely conducted PWE (typically 15 cards or less).   While I have many cards listed on my waitlist I do not need to check them off in one trade.  I have collecting priorities on which I focus and change over time.  Additionally, how much fun would that be if you cleared your want list list all at once.

 I crack every slab I get and I haven't ripped any wax since 1994 so I don't have much shiny stuff to trade but I am always looking to help a fellow collector out with their projects because that is what the hobby is about.  While trading is a great way to enjoy the hobby, I am happy to sell cards at a fair price to fellow collectors.

I’ve been collecting cards for over 46 years and have over 443,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer. 

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Update on Donruss/Leaf * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  Howver, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will contniue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 6,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards I have three priorities:

• 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
• 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
• 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card Condition: A card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

Puckett was always my guy as a kid, so it's fun going after his stuff.  I can't believe how many cards exist for him "post playing" career; I gotta avoid those for now or my lack of focus will kill me :).  The '51 Bowman hunt is purely because I think they are greatest looking cards ever created.  The HOF RC hunt is fun for sure!  As of 1/1/23 I'm almost complete back to 1960, but am always looking to upgrade those that aren't in great condition.  Happy to trade, help others hunt and have fun with the hobby!  I'm in Lincoln, NE now so if you've got Husker needs or KC wants, we've got a lot of that around here!

GENERAL BUY / SELL / TRADE INFORMATION:

While everything I have is for sale/trade, anything listed in my collection will be expensive.

With the exception of some complete sets, my collection is stored in sleeves > pages > binders and sorted by player > year > set > card number.  Transactions involving one player or a few players tend to be pulled quickly, but transactions with many different players take longer.  Not all cards with variations are logged properly, but I am happy to confirm that applicable cards in a proposed transaction are the correct variation.

• Communication: I prefer to work within proposed transactions as soon as possible, but feel welcome to message me first if you're thinking about a trade that will take a lot of time and thought to put together.  As long as you're willing to communicate (I am), I'm comfortable with as many counter proposals as it takes to come to an agreement and then confirm that cards both exist and are in good shape BEFORE the transaction is accepted by one of us.

• Postage: Please mention if you want to limit the card count for postage reasons as I tend to look for ways to make proposed trades larger.  I tend to use bubble envelopes or boxes, but I'll do PWEs for single card trades or when mailing to Canada.  Unless we discuss it as part of the transaction, I do not expect any specific method from you.

Any cards that I have that do not meet the above criteria will be removed from my collection. As of right now, I only sell on COMC (and I don't see that changing). I just don't have the time with my lifestyle (working 40-50 hours a week, plus coaching three baseball teams) to pull, package, and mail trades, or even mail my own sales. I do enjoy sending PIFs and typically check wantlists here before sending a box to COMC for consignment. If I'm looking for something specific and notice you have it FS/T, I may reach out to try and make an offer. I don't expect to receive any proposals, and would rather send someone a few cards from their wantlist and get nothing in return than try to hash out a deal.

I do have cards listed FS/T; they are available via COMC, listed in my "COMC" collection, and can be accessed by following the External Sales Link on those cards. I don't have them in my possession, so I can't do a trade with you. However, I want to see these cards go to people who really want them. If you see something you like, send me a message on here and let me know - the price will come down, and I'll even take a bit of a loss to get you cards for your collection. I keep my prices more in line with what is currently offered on COMC, but I'll certainly be wiling to negotiate, especially with a TCDB member, as these are typically higher than what these cards are truly worth, in my opinion.

I guess it's time that I put a real profile description on here, as I've been around for a couple of years and am starting to ramp up my trading.

I am a baseball only collector. I owned a card store for about 9 years in the heyday of the junk era boom (1989-1998). When I closed it, I put the cards in storage for about 8 years, not touching them until roughly 2006.

Big time Husker fan as I've grown up and lived in Nebraska my entire life. I'm an alum and will cheer for any sport.

Been a card collector since a wee child. Took a 15 year hiatus in college and post-college and getting back into it collecting my childhood favorites. Boy have things changed! I'll dabble in some new cards as well if they aren't all gone at the local retailers. Thus, I have newer cards for trade as well.

My goal: is to help you complete your sets and/or collect your favorite players or teams. I only have 1-5% of my collection logged into TCDB thus far, so most likely have many more in your want list then what appears. I'm very open and actually prefer trading 100-400 cards for 5-15 cards in return. I understand a number of my want list includes potentially "higher" priced cards ($1-$20+), so if I need to trade 1:10 or 1:20 if you're open to that, I am as well and will ship accordingly. As stated above, I love helping others complete sets as I have a TON of doubles and commons.

Cards on my for sale/trade list typically consist of the following conditions (I will let you know if an individual card is in worse condition): 

2020-2010 - Fresh out of the pack, typically NrMt

2000-2009 - Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt (may have a fuzzy corner or show a little bit of edge wear from being in a box, especially if the card has a dark colored border)

1988-1999 - Cards from when I was a kid. Some may have some fuzzy corners or edge wear from being in a box. If the wear/damage seems significant I will let you know once I pull them.

1981-1988 - Some may have some edge wear, fuzzy corners, may have a dinged corner. Others may be straight out of the pack. I will let you know if there are any serious issues.

1980 and older - I typically include the condition. Most of these cards are EX at best. Some are a lot worse. I can send photos if you are interested, just ask.

I don't typically pay attention to centering unless it is really bad. If the card is legitimately miscut and you can see another card on it then I just throw it out and it won't be listed here (with the exception of some vintage stuff).

I prefer to trade my non-baseball for baseball cards, as I'm trying to focus my collection and reduce the space it takes up.

I ship PWE unless it's too many cards to fit or there's a card of significant value.

Goal for VINTAGE ONLY CARDS (condition NOT very important...just no rips/tears, no writing on the front...some creases ok): Hank Aaron (preferably in a Milwaukie uniform, but not required), Mickey Mantle pre-1969 (earlier the better), Babe Ruth any vintage year, Joe DiMaggio any year, Lou Gehrig any year, Ted Williams pre-1955, Jackie Robinson any year, Shoeless Joe any year, and Stan Musial pre-1960.  For basketball, would like a Kareem while in Milwaukie, early Doctor J, Oscar, early Magic/Bird, Bill Russell, Jerry West, Wilt, Maravich, David Thompson, Gervin, Cousy, Mikan, Moses & maybe a couple others.  Prefer to stay as cheap as possible, but for the right card might go a little higher...obviously Mantle/Ruth/Joe D and those types would be more.  Again, condition I know won't be great at these prices.  I now have a Hank, Mantle, Clemente, Bob Gibson, Ernie Banks, Sandy Koufax and a Willie Mays at these levels, and a couple of Ted Williams, that I'm very happy with.

Update after 6 months on site (joined on Thanksgiving 2020; couldn't host or travel that day due pandemic lockdown)

I continue to be impressed by the membership here.  100 deals completed, and only 2 with issues (1 wasn't delivered due p.o. imcompetence, trading partner made it right immediately; and another trader didn't fully describe item with a major flaw and then sent incorrect cards but made up for it after a 2 month wait).  All partners I've dealt with show commitment to shipping quickly and doing drama-free deals, and I sincerely hope that continues!  Haven't yet completely decided how to handle vintage card deals, it just seems easier to deal with modern stuff so there are no disagreements regarding card condition which can get sticky at times.

Near term direction and goals:  finish 1 Topps Heritage set (2016 Trout SP where are you), add Mike Schmidt needs to wantlist, add wants in 2002 Topps 206 and 2003 Topps 205 mini sets (non-polar bear backs) and complete 2009 Topps 206 mini set with all Piedmont-back SP variations.

The most enjoyable trades I've found were with individual team 'super collectors'.  I've got enough oddball stuff going back to the early 70s that I can usually find something they've been in search of for a while, and I enjoy the dig!

I'm a set collector.  I'm working on completing all of the Topps Baseball sets from the 1970s.  I've completed the '70, '76, '77, '78, and '79 sets, and I'm really close on '73 and '74.  I'm at varying stages of completion for the others.  I'm also working on completing various sets from the 80s and 90s junk wax era - mostly baseball, but some football and basketball. I love trading!  I usually trade vintage for vintage and modern for modern, but I'm willing to consider anything reasonable. 

Print code variations drive me crazy!  I know that some of you collect all of those variations, but I don't care about them.  Some of my cards are recorded with the correct variations, but others aren't.  If you care about the variations, I'm happy to verify that they are the ones you want - just let me know.

I've interacted with so many great people on this site, and I thank you all for that.  It's really fun to collect cards and to help you get the cards you want.

• Set collecting:
  • 1957, 1965, 1971 and 1972 Topps sets. I'll take anything in any condition if the trade is fair enough. I just like the design of the cards and I am hoping to accrue as many as I can before it gets too impossible to complete.

• I am interested in any Red Sox card that I don't have. Exceptions to this are all the dot/no dot and/or letter variations from the nineties, as I only really need one version of those.

• My cards are at least NrMt unless otherwise noted. I try my best to grade cards using a few sources (Site 1, Site 2, Site 3), but will let you know if there's a surprise when I pull the cards for trade. 

• Please let me know if there are any notable condition details with cards, especially if vintage. I will try to ask when proposing/considering a trade as well.

• I try to trade pre-80s cards for other pre-80s cards if possible. 

• If a card is marked as an autograph (AU) with condition "Ex" on my For Trade/For Sale list, that means it's a hand-signed, through-the-mail (TTM) autograph. Open to any offers for these cards if you're interested!

• I usually trade using a PWE (plain white envelope - thanks AnalogKid) for up to 27 cards, but let me know if you prefer a different way to send cards. If more than 27 cards, I either go with 2 PWEs or a bubble mailer.

• If you see something on my For Trade list but we don't match up well, let me know. I'm sure I can try to make a swap happen!

I collect 60s and 70s Baseball, Football and Basketball cards.  Lots of duplicates for trades.  Set builder.  Rod Carew fan.  Was a hoarder then found out those Hostess cards I saved all those years are worth a few bucks.  Collection sat in tubs for 40 years and several moves and now getting serious again as I approach retirement.

2022 represents an anniversary of collecting trading cards for 70 years. I spent 50 years as a set builder of baseball cards, but now I just collect cards of the above players with an occasional small set collection. At one time, I had an collection of complete sets of Topps and Bowman baseball cards (plus others) from 1954 forward plus quite a few cards from the 1952 Topps & 1953 Topps and Bowman sets. During the late 1980s and early 1990s I sold off the majority of those sets but still continued completing sets until 2002.  

I've been trading online since 1994 and welcome any trade offers.  If I offer a trade, the cards normally have already been pulled prior to an acceptance, counter or decline. It is not a problem for me to re-file or exchange cards in a trade if needed.  I do keep records of my trading with my partners addresses and occasionally recheck those traders for future trades or sometimes just send along a PIF (pay it forward).  My one major disappointment with this site is that I did not find it many years before I did.  I will usually mail cards out promptly with tracking, however letely I have used PWEs for relatively small value trades.  Saying this, I welcome trade offers.  I do not expect to ever wind up with compete collections of any of the players I collect, nor do I want to.  I try to just enjoy my collecting habit and strive to make new friends in the hobby!

I have been trading on here for a few months and have completed 150 trades with 100% positive feedback. I greatly enjoy trading here, but once my art show season starts, I will have to slow down. During Covid, I got back into cards and Marley's Mom pulled out her Heaven Daddy's cards. He had a handful of Ernie vintage cards so she wanted to collect more of them. She has his complete base career run and several oddballs, but we are trying to attain the rest. She sells and trades her own cards to get more Ernie and has sold some of her toys to buy vintage cards as well.      I bought a pack of 1985 Topps back when I was a kid and I've been hooked ever since. I put my first set together the following year of 86' Topps and my goal was to get every card ever made. It only took a few years to make that goal pretty unobtainable, but it wasn't for lack of trying. My first set that was older than me that I finished was THE 1971 Topps. Worked on it for years. If the internet and eBay wasn't invented, I'd probably still be working on it.

     I am currently working on every major Topps set from 52-69. When completing my 64 set I came across some beautiful high numbers which made me upgrade the rest of the set. Now I am upgrading my entire 60's collection to at least Ex-Mt. The majority of my 70's set are Nm if not Mt. Haven't gotten that picky with the 50's yet, just want to finish them. While my passion is vintage cards, I have spent entirely too much money on current stuff. I have limited my collection to baseball so stay tuned to me listing all of the other sports on my trade list. (Still having a hard time letting go of my childhood cards)

     I'm also a huge Cincinnati Reds fan. Like the Bengals also but like I said limiting to baseball. Bo Jackson is my only exception. Lol

RE: Vintage this isa  rough guide of the floor for what I am looking for condition wise...will always accept better condition than these guidelines, but don't want to go below them most of the time,

1956 & older - Good & up. No paper loss/writing.

1957 & 1958 - VGish...I'm ok with creasing on the card if it still presents well...again no paper loss or writing, unmarked checklists please.

1959 & 1961 - 1970 - EX+, relatively sharp corners, no worse than 70/30 front centering typically, no writing/paper loss

Dudes, and Dudettes...I am so far not regretting my delay in joining the trading platform on this site...I've recieved a dozen or so trade offers, 2 I accepted withough delay because they were basically even all around......4-6 I'm still kicking around wheter or not it is worth a counter becuase they are all pretty unbalanced...asking me for Bowman Chrome RCs, SPs, etc for basically commons in bulk............Not completely unrealistic, but still, they are not what I am looking for.......and like, 4-6 trades have been just insulting....No, I'm not trading 20+ Heritage SPs for 70s commons. I mean, come on man, don't waste your time or mine with that stuff. I am 100% for helping people out, and don't need to 'WIN' every trade, but I'm not a sucker either.

Hey everyone...I've been around this site for years, but used it only to track my main PC and vintage sets... I've just recently started adding my entire collection, and it has led to major influx of trade offers. (I didn't even realize this site HAD messaging until about 5 minutes ago, so I apologize if ice neglected your messages)

Couple things on trades I'm looking for...

If I need a bunch of commons/semi stars in recent sets, that's pretty much the kind of stuff want to trade for them...not looking to trade an Acuna Rookie for a stack of 500 Commons or anything...

Vintage is priority...I'm updating my vintage stuff to reflect my extras, I will add a condition guide here in the coming days to focr you all an idea of the condition I'm after In each set...by enlarge I am NOT looking for beaters...there are very few exceptions to this.

Don't hesitate to toss me an offer...I plan on being much more active in the coming weeks/months in getting some sets built and helping others complete theirs!!

please confirm all cards before sending or accepting a trade with me. While stuff happens sometimes, I always confirm cards before preceding with a deal, and have that same expectation.  Additionally, please alert me if you won't be sending your trades within a few days of confirming a deal. I always send within a day, and the rare times I can't, I communicate it. So I expect the same. Simple courtesy folks. 

Willing to sell stuff as well if no trade can be worked out. Must have a positive transaction history, and a pay method that protects both. Prefer any deal of this nature to be a minimum of $20 to make it worth the time. Willing to do large lots or single cards.

Trading: A minimum of 12 cards going each way unless there is a true gem / vintage in the trade. PWE acceptable but prefer large trades of 250+ cards in each direction. Please confirm that you actually have the cards before Accepting a trade; I always do the same at this end. Vintage for vintage; HoF/stars for same; inserts / parallels for same, all as much as possible. Priority are vintage, OPC and sets on my UserLists. Having tried to offer cards from these lists will increase the chances of my Accepting a trade; totally disregarding these and offering me 12+ commons from a set that I am so far from completing that they do not make the list is more prone to being Declined, especially if I see you have cards for trade that are on my lists.

3. Reduce Topps base set needs to less than 2,700 (including the 2023 base set issue). By decade, 1950s to less than 1,000; 1960s to less than 900; 1970s to less than 300.

4. Trade over 10,000 cards going each way.

5. Complete 75 base / insert / parallel / oddball sets.

I was first introduced to trading cards as a first grader in 1979 when a kid on the school playground gave me a 1979 Topps #107 Jesus Alou card and one other card (I don't recall who) at the kickball court.  I started collecting in 1980 by buying wax packs of Topps baseball (4 packs for $1) at the nearby 7-Eleven.  In 1983 I started purchasing complete sets of the big 3, as well as older Topps sets as my allowance allowed.  In 1986 I worked for a card shop sorting vending cases of 1986 Topps cards into sets.  Collected mainly complete baseball sets until around 1987 at which point I sold about 2/3 of my collection (~15,000 cards) as I lost interest in collecting.   A few years after graduating college I resumed collecting certain players.  Never got too serious about collecting at that time due to other things going on, but never completely stopped either.  In 1998 I started to PC Stacey Augmon, as I was looking for something new to collect.  I discovered TCDB in 2020 when I was trying to find a way to inventory my Augmon collection, and picked up the hobby again during the pandemic.  Most of my collection is junk wax era or ultra modern.  I purchased four large bulk lots via Craigslist and OfferUp, and have been buying mixed lots of newer base cards at my LCS.  I consider myself a collector, not an investor or flipper. I don't do breaks or buy unopened packs/boxes or submit cards for grading, so I'm not looking to strike it through my collecting, nor do I have any higher end cards in my collection or for trade.  I take pride in the fact that my collecting is completely self-sustaining, meaning all purchases are made through profits from sales, so I am never putting any "new" money into the hobby.

My main PC focus is Stacey Augmon, but I also collect some other players (football, basketball, baseball) who mainly played during the 90s (see favorites to the right).  I have 4 tiers of PC players but they are not all listed here so that I can focus on trying to get my higher tier players first.  My goal is to try and get as many different cards of my favorite players as possible.  I only build sets to sell.  Prefer to trade or sell; not really looking to buy.  

I love to trade!  I will respond to ALL offers one way or the other.  All cards for listed trade are NM or better unless otherwise specified; looking for same.  Condition is important to me, although I don't care about centering issues or wax stains.  I am ok with trading cards from different eras and across different sports, trading commons for stars and vice versa, and trades involving uneven number of cards, as long as the trade is fair.  I primarily utilize Sportlots pricing, but normally will just eyeball trade values for most base cards.  I am trying to downsize my collection so I am happy to trade quantity for quality.  Cards will be sent PWE unless they are valuable or there is a large quantity involved.  I generally shy away from trades smaller than 5 cards, unless they're worth more than $5 or so.  Prefer to make trades as large as possible by including as many cards on each others' wantlists as possible.  My goal is to get my For Sale/Trade list down to zero!  However, I am constantly acquiring new cards (ultra modern stuff in all sports) and adding them to my tradelist, so please check back often.  Please also note I am no longer listing multiple copies of cards on my FS/FT list as have started selling the duplicates on Sportlots, so if you are looking for multiple copies of a card, please ask!  I am also always open to selling if we can't find a trade match and will offer you great pricing.  More than anything else, I want you to have a good experience trading with me.  I'd much rather build good relationships so we can do more trades in the future.  If you are not happy with the cards you receive, let me know and I'll do my best to make it right.  I strive for win-win trades where both sides feel good, not trades where one side feels like they are being taken advantage of.

I prefer cards with no writing, stains, trimmed, rips, tears, tape or multiple heavy creasing. VG or better, but I'd consider lesser grades on vintage to fill a collection hole for reasonable offers.
