Armando Galarraga - sure, why not.  I mean, if we can start the tenth inning with a runner on second base, why not include him.

After the game, Joyce acknowledged his mistake: "I just cost that kid a perfect game. I thought he beat the throw. I was convinced he beat the throw, until I saw the replay.

So yea his counts as a perfect game.
