Another way to think of these is that they were cut off-center (OC), and just happen to show more of the referee than a centered copy.

Thank you donaldinho and SunDevilCollection! Neither of these fit the "Nose Test" because it wouldn't matter if I found an off-center copy or not - the referee showing would remain the same. That said, these are both great for the actual collection and I appreciate the heads up! | ||
