Notes: Always liked the way Malkin plays so I figured why not get one of his sweaters. Dick's Sporting Goods had loads of them in 2008. I made sure to get this model because it has the patch celebrating Pittsburgh's 250th anniversary on the right shoulder.

Notes: Found this Dave Parker black Pirates jersey at a Marshall's store in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Mrs Gunny was off lookin' at shoes or some such thing as I browsed the Men's area. I saw it and immediately picked it off the rack. Found Mrs Gunny and she rolled her pretty little eyes and said "Give up, give up." I convinced her that it was worth the $45 price tag by plucking a value of $125 on the jersey. She said it was ok after that.

Notes: Once upon a time I played fantasy hockey with an outfit out of Saskatchewan. Everything was done through the mail. Their weekly updates were really nicely printed and included some advertising. One ad caught my eye for Western Hockey League sweaters. I chose the Swift Current Broncos my buddy picked the Medicine Hat Tigers.

Notes: Phil Esposito with his great publicity stunt when Tampa entered the NHL meant I had to get this sweater. Found an ad in the Hockey News where I could custom order the Manon Rheame Tampa Bay Lightning sweater.
