Remembering non-QB players passing the ball is the easy part. Recalling (or finding out) if they're lefties is the hard part.

Sports Illustrated did an article on Vida Blue (7/12/1971) which said he had an uncle on his mother's side with the last name of Henderson who was a lefty QB at Grambling ... he's not in TCDB ... it'll take forever to find out his full name and the years he played, so I'll leave that task for someone else.

Sam McDowell's Dad, Tom,  played college QB for Pittsburgh according to Sam's 1972 Topps Boyhood Baseball Card, was Tom a lefty too?

There is a Tom / Thomas/ T H Mc Dowell listed on 1929 Roster and article mentions him as being on the 1930's teams

*******

Per the article below, Vida Blue as a senior in HS threw 17 TD passes to Hudson ... does NOT say that Hudson also played quarterback, but it's certainly plausible that he did.  It's really tough trying to find out stuff on Hudson via online searches.
