Larry Doby had two stints with both Cleveland and the White Sox.  Dick Williams had 3 with the Orioles.  David Segui started and ended his career with the Orioles. And Sidney Ponson played twice with both the Orioles and the Yankees. 

Rick Aguilera and Bert Blyleven and Roy Smalley for the Twins. Jeurys Familia for the Mets.

Joel Youngblood started and ended his career on the Reds (but played for other teams in the middle)
