It has the name Brian allard on the front but on the back it is misprinted, upside down, and shows the name Oliver? What happened with this one?

Whichever side got printed first, the sheet was then sent in upside down and the other side was printed.

The player on the back is Al Oliver, that's his "In Action" card's back.

This is a very common misfire in the printing process, and the site doesn't catalog these. However, find a Rangers, Mariners, Oliver, or Allard collector, and you should be able to get more for it if it had been printed "normally".
