Bob, the missing Phillie sticker that he's asking about has no back description at all. 2 have description of what's on back but the 3rd is listed as unknown. If it exists, what is on the back????? All that's being asked..

For the record, I shot down one of the IRs claiming something didn't exist and needed to be deleted when I have it in my collection and double-checked again a few hours ago and it absolutely isn't a Frankensticker, and Dan confirmed two others exist, so those IRs will be resolved as well.

Ed, did you reach out to those who have the unknown back as listed in their collection? Several of them are active members of the site and could probably check for you to let you know.
Unless I'm mis-interpreting this situation, and barking up the wrong tree.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

The images posted were from BigEd, rkughen and gb24. Have we reached out to them.?
I checked my completed puzzle again, the stickers in question don't match. I've checked all sources, I must be mad.
These members would have to prove these exist, SEND them to me and I'll return them after verifying.

Here's what BOB sent me this morning:
R4 C2 for the PHILLIEs
R2 C3 and R4 C2 for each PIRATE sticker. Orange and Blue, THAT's it.
Here's IR 155497 that BOB submitted stating Orange R2 C3 doesn't exist.
Here's IR 155499 that BOB submitted stating Blue R2 C3 doesn't exist.
Here's IR 155500 that BOB submitted stating Blue R4 C2 doesn't exist.
*shrug*
Again, if there are no other backs to those Phillies ones besides R4 C2, I will submit IRs to have them removed, but I'm simply verifying info before I accidentally delete something I shouldn't. The ones claiming to have a different back, I'll DM a sample of them but I wanted to ask the public first, that's all.

Let's try a slightly different approach.
I think we agree that the PHILLIES stickers have:
POB and "No" POB both have R4 C2 puzzle pieces.
The PIRATEs' stickers are in question:
Blue - There is only 1 puzzle piece.... Which one? R2 C3 or R4 C2 . If you have both, I would really like proof.
Orange - There is only 1 puzzle piece.... Which one? R2 C3 or R4 C2 If you have both I would really like proof.
No kiddin', In 38+ years of collecting these I have never found both variations for either the Blue or Orange.AND I'll trade or buy the ones I'm missing ! ......and that's no kiddin' !

You're stating "there is only 1 puzzle piece" as if it's fact, but there are multiple examples on the checklist where a puzzle piece can be paired with more than 1 front.
EXAMPLE 1: R1 C4 (the one with "ALL-")
EXAMPLE 2: R1 C5 (the one with "STAR")

Ed,
That is true. Then in @40 years of collecting these blue & orange stickers, I have never IDed a "variation" of 2 different puzzle piece backs? And honestly, I collected these with the best of the best sources. Mind boggling.
Somehow, I would like proof....either someone send it for me to see, verify and return, trade me 1, sell me 1. I'm really curious.

The best part of this forum post, whether resolved or not, got me looking thru my collection, rebuilding the puzzle, more research, reconnecting with Fleer Sticker Collectors....just ALL good.
Whether my suspicions are correct or not, they are in the hands of the TCBd hands of power. I have to show 2 variations missing BUT not sure that is correct.
I can tell you this. however, I was forced to reorganize my inventory, SO ANYONE PEAKED BY THESE THREADS, I HAVE PLENTY of 1982 Fleer Stickers TO TRADE. Just PM me.
