Looks like this card, without the SK Vault stamp and hand-written SN. The image you posted could be a Convention promotion.

This appears to be a 2015 Sportkings Vault card. Some sort of release using old cards, possibly after Leaf bought the company? Couldn't find a checklist online, just some random tidbits about the set: https://www.eddiessportstreasures.com/product/2015-sportkings-vault/

It doesn't appear to be in the database at all. I'm not sure it ever will be if a checklist isn't available anyway (also, just kind of a weird concept for a set. It sounds like they're not buybacks, so it's sorta like an official backdoor? Weird).

Yes, it was part of the buyout agreement. Price was allowed to release all his inventory in the "vault".  Unfortunately, most of the original checklists of what he released were lost.
