On the foldout cards 111-122. Should the cards be reversed as to show front of card first and then the fold it version be the back of card? To me the foldout should be listed as the back of the card.

Personally, I prefer the way they are now since the "inside" is the main image.  Folded cards are unique. One side usually has both the traditional card's front and back.
