I have a 1 of 1 checklist card for this set.  I don't see it in the inserts / related sets.  Where is it?

The only 1/1 parallels taht I am aware of are the printing plates. There is a white parallel that is SN2199. Do you have an image to provide?

Its not a limited print.  Just 1 of 1 checklist card, like other checklist cards for the related sets are 1 of 2, 3, 4 covering the entire series. 

Ah, got it, satndalone checklist card for the set. Submit an IR and it'll get added for you.

What is an IR and where do I find It?

IR = Inaccuracy Report. IR's are used to make updates to the DB based on potential issues found. Examples could be wrong card number, wrong images, wrong names, add missing information, etc.

On a card or set's screen, on the left pane, you see the below statement. Once you click on it you'll see several options as to what you believe needs to be fixed, or use Other. From there you can enter commentary as to what you believe the issue is.

Go to the checklist page for the set.  Toward the bottom of the left-hand column is a link that says "See any inaccuracies? Click here to let us know"

Click on that link and it'll open up a form to submit the issue.  In this case, I'd pick "Missing card" and then a text box will open allowing you to provide the details of the issue.

Is it the regular checklist cardl number 78 in the set? The image for that one shows 1 of 1 and I don't see 78 on the back

It looks to be one of those cards that needs to be updated. There is no card number itself on there, but the checklist indicates it's meant to be #78. Seeing it was entered so long ago....
