In this world of companies making VAR of cards in Short Print, one never knows what is intentional and what is in error.  Most SP are different in ways that it is easy to see that it was intentional.  But this particular card is more traditional an error from someone entering the wrong information on the initial print run and then having it corrected on later print runs.  Is there anything other than other card collecting sites that confirms that this was an intentional change to the correct version of the card? It does not follow the more normal SP formats.

By the way, most ERR / COR cards have one version that could be identified as SP.  I don't think we want that to happen here.

According to BCP, Beckett and Cardboard Connection it was an intentional "error" on Topps part in homage to the '64 set. That would make it VAR here.
