1972 Topps Baseball
I thought I had a crease damaged Ed Sprague #121 card but then noticed the same exact crease on two other #121 cards. On three other #121's the issue is gone. Is this a noteworthy error and fix? I'm new to the card collecting community and not sure what's worth pointing out and what isn't.

I could not see the picture you tried to upload. Exactly where is the "crease"?

I'm leaving it big to help with seeing the issue. I think this is in reference to the mark seen in the lower right side that extends through the right border.
Despite it being seen on many of the images at COMC (meaning it seems to be somewhat prevalent), it remains a simple print flaw, which is not eligible for inclusion as either a variant or an error here.

Looking at all the images on comc.com you will see it changes in severity. Meaning something (debris) got on the plate or platen and eventually cleared itself.

I've seen cards given varriation status for having things like breaks in the border that got fixed so I thought this glitch that got fixed might be the same thing. I've got 6 of these cards and 3 have the flaw, 3 don't. I don't think it's a severity issue. Yes, the COMC version above has the flaw.
