Hello.......haven't tried to send images of cards to TCDB for a long time, and not sure how to share this one. There is a third variation of Jim Northrup's card (# 265)   As is already posted here, there is the small black spot version and a large black blob version.  There is also another "blob version" which features a much lighter (grey) spot.  I can share images, but not sure where/how to send.

Also, finding evidence of two different Grabarkewitz (Card # 85)..............in the background, a .red dot ("the sun") and yellow dot to the right of his head

Finally.........anyone have anything on Vicente Romo (Card #723)?  Turn the card over, and along the top edge, there are some that have a two small lines, and some that don't?  (and of all things, my copy has ONE small line?!!?!)

Any help/direction is appreciated!

I have all three versions of the Northrup card and both versions of the Grabarkewitz card.  There does not appear to be a corrected version of Billy G.  I never tried to have them added to the DB because I wasn't sure if they met the printing variation criteria.

As for the Romo card, I can't help with that one.  I typically don't focus on that variation because there are so many cards impacted by it.  If you looked long enough, you could probably find an entire set with those random print lines.  FWIW, the version I have in my set does not have a line on the back.

Thanks for the help with my questions!   I'm satisfied that I have the 3 Northrup's and the 2 Billy G's, and will put my Romo away and not worry about him.  I'll look for a Boots Day variation instead!  :)

I tripped over an article about the 6 Pre-Production cards that exist for 1971......coincidentally, one of them is  Romo!

I'll ask about another card in a new thread....
