After setting my sights on completing this vintage set, I finally broke down and purchased the last three I needed as trading for them was fruitless - I had nothing to match for them in my traders. All were reasonably priced through vendors at Sportlots and Ebay, but I had to exceed my self-imposed $20.00 limit on individual cards for the Mantle ($25.02 w/o shipping).

I've never found anything along the lines of Cadaco, APBA, or even Classic. It seems that one would simply draw a card until 3 outs were made.

Congrats! I need the Mantle, Clemente, and Aaron to finish my set, as well as 2 Tigers for my Tiger Collection.

Congrats I finished my set of these a few years ago. Still have to gather them together from whatever boxes or stacks they are hiding in currently.
Topps did a similar football game in 1971 that I only have a little less than half of.
