Probably wasn't supposed to get out, and not sure how we did pink and white backed versions.
A little trivia about the Star Co minor league sets. They were printed on sheets of 100 cards - 25 per team in 5x5 quadrants. This is why most sets were 25 players. This is also why cards 26 and up are sometimes harder to find.
The "glossy" set in 1989 for ANY minor league set should be called "Platinum", they were limited to 1,000 sets per team, and are blue bordered (with the white gradient in the middle - a bit a precursor to the 1990 single-color style).
Again, not sure how we did 2 of these. Maybe we double printed them on an "orphan sheet" and they wound up in 2 different quadrants. I'll add the white back VAR.

Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 10/25/2023). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned off (details are in my profile). I have (finally) unearthed my 2 very large boxes of Star Company minor league sets and they are available (email for details).
