As of now this card is a base card, no edits.
#553 - RC, Braves [ BUT no BRAVES in the banner]
So, Does anyone have one w/ BRAVES in the banner or Do we mark UER.?

There would be no "BRAVES" in the banner. The players are from two different teams; Braves and Angels. And they're also from two different leagues, so no "A.LEAGUE" nor "N.LEAGUE" would go in there. So, no ERR nor UER.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Herfe is another question about this card 1966 Topps #553
#553 - Pat Garrett / Jackie Warner RC, RS - Atlanta Braves / California Angels This is Pat Garretts rookie card but not Jackie Warner's rookie card which was 1965 Topps #517 the year before so what kind of note and where do we put it or even bother

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

I would say that it's still an RC. Maybe not for both guys, but definitely for one, right? Which means it should still get an "RC" note in my opinion. Good point though.
Really odd set-up by Topps, considering this card is the only example like it that I saw in a quick glance through the checklist.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

I suggest using the RC Note and stating in Note2 that it's the rookie card only for Garrett; a cite to Warner's actual rookie card may be useful but is not essential in my opinion.

I have some cards like that where one of the players is on a rookie card in one year and then appears on another rookie card. I think it might have to do with when they get called up and how much of the season they played douring their rookie year. I might be wrong on this but it somewhat make sense. Many players make their Major League Debut say in the September Callups. Then the next spring they don't make the main team and spend several months on the farm, then they get a break in the summer when a starting player gets injured.

If you want to start doing that, you're in for A LOT of work. Many of the 4-player cards of the 70s included players that were already featured on cards, and it isn't their RC, but the RC of one or more of the others on the card. A great example is the 1978 Diaz, Whitt, Parrish, Murphy card. Murphy was on a card in 1977. There are many, many examples of this (I do believe some members have made user lists regarding this).
It's really not necessary.

Bill Davis appeared on Rookie Stars cards in '65, '66, '67, '68 and '69. He never appeared on a card solo.
