There's a header stamp for the 18 stamp rows. I've only got 3 of the 16 rows so, checklist is incomplete. The three I have are 8, 9 & 15 out of 16. Has player photo on the right, left side text reads: No. 15 of 16 Rows, Baseball Stamps, Logos, Player Photos, 18 Stamps 11 Quizzes.
Leads to another question. Certain players have a quiz question above them. Would they be considered a variation? I'm adding ones with quiz just to comments under each. The quiz is a small rectangular stamp of its own attached to the top of the player the quiz question is for.
Lastly, a possible second insert? An offer stamp. $1.00 Poster Offer Fleer Corp Philly... etc.
Its an actual stamp itself. Bright yellow with red text. Only one offer stamp per stamp row, again, only 16 rows. Same offer/same stamp on every row. Would think that'd be an easy one stamp insert add as an offer card/stamp. But, only looking to help out, unsure as to any of this. I'm good with it all any which way. Thanks in advance.

Wow! This one could be a real rabbit-hole to go down. These were sold as 4 sets of sheets with 56 player stamps and 16 logos per sheet or as 16 sets of strips (in plastic dispensers) with 14 player stamps and 4 logos per strip. The small trivia question stamps look like they apply to the player(s) in the stamp(s) directly below them. The logo stamps are the only ones that appear to have repeats (there are only 26 logos in the set). As mentioned by AlfiaRiver, there are 16 header stamps on the strips and the offer stamps on both sheets (4) and strips (1).
Strips 1-4 appear to contain the same stamps as sheet 1 with strips 5-8 on sheet 2, 9-12 on sheet 3, and 13-16 on sheet 4.
The question is what to add, if anything. The strip headers are unique stamps and have different player pictures - should they be added as singles in a subset or as complete strips? Should the full sheets be added? Should the offer stamp be added? Should the combinations with the trivia stamps and their related stamps be added?
An opinion from a higher power would be appreciated.

There's definitely a lot to go over, I didn't know about the sheets. Seems to be 70-80% of stamps have a quiz stamp attached above each player with the remaining, big names included, without. Certainly agree, someone higher up in the food chain would be of great help here. Thanks for your info/ reply.

If anything, the trivia "stamps" would be their own entities and not "VARs" of the players.

-- Dan -- Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 10/25/2023). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned off (details are in my profile). I have (finally) unearthed my 2 very large boxes of Star Company minor league sets and they are available (email for details).

Makes good sense as each is as a player stamp. Perforated with glue backing, belonging to each individual player for the majority of the set. Thanks.
I'm happy to write the one sentence quiz for the 3 full strips I stumbled across, under my edit-comments. Most are for trade & all can be seen. If anyone comes up with the rest one day, the info will be there.

I think the trivia stamps are meaningless without the related stamps attached to them - like I said, the stamp (or stamps) directly below the questions are the answers - take strip 8 from the top for example: Who was the leftfielder on Baseball Digest's 1982 All-Rookie Team? - Tom Brunansky; Who led Reds in saves in 1982? - Tom Hume; What two active righthanded pitchers have each won 3 Cy Young Awards? - Tom Seaver and Jim Palmer; and so on. The only stamps that don't have trivia questions associated with them are the ones directly below the offer stamps and the team logo stamps - all other player stamps tie directly to a question.
I will again seek an answer from a higher power: Do we list the 16 strip headers? Do we list the 16 complete strips? Do we list the 4 complete sheets?
I personally don't think the trivia stamps should be listed separately, but we could put the questions (and answers) in the trivia section of the set. I would also suggest that there could be release notes outlining the two forms these stamps were released in (copy and paste from my previous post?).

Thanks for your efforts. I was about to start entering on my own listed under comments. Just a lot of time for what could be scanned in or put in its proper place when agreed on or let known what, if anything should happen. I'm happy to help as able, just give a hollar. Thanks again

I went ahead and posted the general info about the set under trivia and it was approved. I have the details of the 1st sheet (strips 1-4) ready to go in a Word document on my other computer and will add it to the trivia on Monday. I'll keep going on it if those get approved and posted - that way the whole thing will be consistent. I may even buy a set for my oddball collection.

So I posted the details of the stamps included in the 1st sheet under trivia but it does not appear to have approved. Not sure how to proceed with any potential additions mentioned earlier in the thread.
