Why are there three different background colors for the same card?

Per chance, do you have a base card (no signature), one wit h silver signture and one with a gold signature. The 2 with signatures are parallels so Upper Deck may have shaded the background a little differently on them.

Side note, I'm not a racing person, but it seems to me the 2 parallels are mis-named. Should be one or the other to me

Your link is not working for me, no matter how I try to access it. I need a whole lot more info to even begin to tell you what is going on. I have a bunch of the 1995 UD Racing cards, including parallels. If I can see or understand what you are asking, I might be able to help.

I totally understood what you were saying and figured that was what was going on. But the poster could have still come in to say anything about what is going on with his question now. It's just rude to delete what is in a link and never bother to wrap up what the entire post was about in any way. Since I can't see the pictures in the link, I have no idea what happened here.

Well since he didn't respond yet and I have a question about the Silver and Gold parallels, lemme hijack for a moment.

Can you (or anyone else) confirm the Silver and Gold Electric did not include the checklist #300? Beckett lists it on both but we don't.

Ed, I can't confirm or deny that #300 exists in parallels, but I'm leaning towards NO. I've never owned one or seen one. I'm thinking that Beckett just re-posted the complete CL from the UD set and never checked to see if that card existed. I've never even seen the original base set CL card. I know a few members that chase these parallels hard and would know if it DOES exist if they own one. If they don't own one, there is a good chance that the CL never got the parallel treatment. UD is known for leaving plain CL's out of the parallel versions (Fleer did it often as well).

I have the base #300 in my collection so that one definitely exists.

I was leaning that way on the parallels but just thought I'd ask since I was updating the Release Notes and wanted to confirm. Thanks!

Link didn't work for me either, but I am aware of the parallel sets. However, it could have been a printing error as well. I have some 2020 Panini Chronicles cards of Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and the backs are different. Most are blue, but a couple are purple. I asked around on FB about it and was told that that someone used a little too much magenta on those cards during printing, but is just a manufacturer error and not technically a variation. Don't know if that was the case here or not. As for the Upper Deck checklist parallel, I can't confirm nor deny on this either, but would assume it would be likely as I don't see a specific reasoning for a checklist parallel.

Hey guys. If someone can tell me how to make a picture show up in the thread I can post the pics. I'm not so good at the computer. I have the pics I my phone. I have two examples where are three different tints to the same card.
