No idea how, but I think these are on here somewhere...I know I've seen them before.

HutNut - that's because it's not a commemorative sheet. As Chuck says, it's a sell sheet, and I have been in e-mail contact with the OP and the OP agreed as well.

Not quite. There are a series of them, pretty sure they were issued in a magazine, possibly Winston Cup Illustrated. (I didn't start getting that publication until 1994) It's not part of the sell sheet. I don't have one in my collection but I did see one back in the day at the local card shop.

Do a search for them on COMC. There are others.

If you read the back, it is pretty obvious that this was a sell sheet given to dealers to entice them to buy the product for their stores. There might be some different ones, but I would call this a sell sheet by all meanings of the term.

I have 18 of the cards (just traded one) in my collection for trade if anyone is intersted. They are in perfect condition.... glossy and slick - def high end cards. I purchased them at Rockingham from a vendor in packs way back in the day. The 94 Skybox glossys are also done really well just like these.
