Does anyone out there know what the difference between the Predictors and the Predictors Redemptions is? I have been looking around and all of them look identical to me. The numbering is wrong which will be an easy fix, they should read MVP-R##. But the one card in the redeemed set of Messier looks exactly the same as the Predictor ones I see online. Was there a different foil used on he redeemed ones? Or some other difference I can not see? Help would be greatly appreciated. =)

So using the other Predictor sets as reference and evidence of thought (if that makes sense) I think I have figured out the numbering for the MVP Predictor sets. I assume that the Predictor cards DO NOT have a bio of any sort on the back. They will have the instructions/rules as the others do. The Redemption cards have the bio on back (that is how the Messier card has the scoring summary of the game) as well as the additional R in the numbering to reference them being Redemptions. Does this make sense? If so then the MVP Predictor cards should simply be numbered MVP-## and the others MVP-R##. Do I get any votes for eing so darned smart??

You lost me at "evidence of thought". Not much of that goes on in my head.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

Oh, so close. The redemption card numbers don't have dashes, just MVP##. I can't correct them, the set is locked.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
