1990-91 Upper Deck Hockey Forum

These two cards are listed as a standard card and a VAR. Why would these be listed like this and not as a ERR and COR ?? What is the difference, if any?

The difference is the "base card" has the Wales Conference on the front.

Yeah I can see that, LOL, but why is the one without the WC on it not considered an ERR instead of a VAR? To me a VAR is a different photo of the player, where as missing text and spelling errors are ERR, especially when it is the only card like that.

Missing text seems like an ERR to me.  Unless it was foiled then it'd just be a printing error. But this card it's not foiled.
