Found this at a flea market today. It is an officially licensed O-Pee-Chee 1989-1990 Gretzky Highlights (#325) and Theo Fleury (#232) uncut panel serial numbered /10000.
My question is this something that could make the data base or is it too random? Thought that it could since it was a licensee...

Looks like some aftermarket work done up on some original uncut sheets, not a manufacturer release. Just my thought...

If I remember correctly, they were selling these on The Shopping Channel here in Canada during the early 90's

"Cut & Numbered From Authentic Sheets" So in other words they chopped up a few sheets into 2 card pairs meaning the cards are ALTERED./CUT
