2007 Donruss Elite Football Printing Plates

#1 The backs of the printing plates say "Donruss Playoff" and have a 2008 copyright year. Are these definitely included with this product or were they from a future Plates release?

#2 I noticed the printing plates for this set are missing #16 and #189, which happen to be the two different Steve Smiths (the first is the Panther and the second is the Giants rookie). Is that correct or was there an issue with the checklist upload and copy?
