2006 Leaf Ltd - Don Meredith #121

In my search for Dandy Don Meredith cards I found this set which doesn't have a picture uploaded for his card #121, BUT this shows as a sample of the set. Can anybody explain?

In my experience that usually happens when an image has been chosen for a sample image but then the card's image was removed for whatever reason (low quality/photo/incomplete). I can put in an IR to remove that sample image since there must have been something wrong with it for it to have been removed.

Or Wrong Image; like a parallel vs base.
